"The HP Laserjet P1006 is perfect for me, as I seldom print in color,(if ever). I have a very small dorm room, so a small printer is an absolute must. The HP P1006 is just about the smallest laser printer that I've seen!

Small, doesn't mean it is cheap, though. Because I have used it daily for about 5 months straight! It hasn't had so much as a paper jam in that time! I am always in a time crunch, so the fact that the HP P1006 boots up quick and prints fast is ideal for me!

I plan to give my brother, who has a home office, the HP Laserjet P1006 for Christmas. He loves mine, and it was actually his idea for me to write this HP P1006 review!

"My wife actually works for HP, and she was the one that bought me the HP Laserjet P1006 for my 40th birthday. Apparently, it is one of their most popular models of ANY type printer!

After using it for about 2 months, I can certainly understand why people love it. It is wonderfully compact and quiet, which is vastly different from my old Brother inkjet. It was bigger than my car!
